We are looking for a meticulous Document Migration Specialist to help with the export and transfer of our client’s employee documents from ADP Workforce Now to Workday. This position will focus on exporting, verifying, and categorizing documents for both Active and Former employees, ensuring compliance with data retention policies, and preparing files for Workday integration.
About the Role:
This position is temporary (contract W2 employee) for a length of 3 months with a pay range of $30-$35/hr. The location is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and export employee document data (such as signed policies, Offer Letters, I-9 forms, etc.) from ADP Workforce Now.
- Review document categories for accuracy and ensure compliance with retention requirements.
- Download and rename employee document files for proper organization.
- Prepare a CSV file for seamless import into Workday, including all relevant metadata.
- Conduct quality checks to verify correct document categorization and retention compliance.
- Collaborate with the Workday administrator to upload documents in bulk into Workday and confirm successful migration.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday, with a focus on document management.
- Strong Excel expeirence to include formulas.
- Strong understanding of HR document retention regulations (e.g., I-9, W-4 forms).
- Proficiency in data extraction, CSV file preparation, and managing large file sets.
- Highly organized and detail-focused with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data and maintain confidentiality during the entire migration process.
